Building The Worthy Organization is
a four-hour seminar that helps executives
and managers increase the degree to which
employees develop ownership of the organization.
This seminar teaches management how to build
an environment where employees feel worthy
themselves and that the organization is worthy
enough for them to give un-restrained devotion.
During the seminar,
executives and managers receive a survey
which measures human capital management
effectiveness. Survey results are used
to provide guidance to each participant
on how to enhance leadership/management effectiveness.
