This seminar teaches management how to build an environment where employees feel worthy themselves and that the organization is worthy enough for them to give un-restrained devotion.

During the seminar, executives and managers receive a survey which measures human capital management effectiveness. Survey results are used to provide guidance to each participant on how to enhance leadership/management effectiveness.
